Job Purpose
- Supervise the activities and teams of L1 and L2 Security Analysts to ensure the Security Operations Centre (SOC) consistently delivers a professional service.
- Develop and improve a wide range of security tools and defense line products used by the teams.
- Create and enhance internal processes and procedures for effective SOC operation.
- Ensure regular and timely communications and reporting to SOC stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain the technical expertise of security analysts and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the overall performance and success of the SOC.
