2. Purpose of the Role #
The Threat Monitoring Analyst (Level 1) is responsible for providing 24x7x365 monitoring and analysis of security alerts, identifying potential threats, and initiating appropriate incident response actions. This role acts as the first line of defense in identifying security anomalies and providing preliminary incident triage.
