2. Purpose of the Role #

The Threat Hunting Analyst is responsible for proactive identification and analysis of cyber threats, ensuring the SOC is well-prepared to detect and mitigate potential threats. The role involves conducting research, developing intelligence assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance situational awareness. The analyst plays a key role in supporting the SOC’s cyber intelligence capabilities by providing timely, predictive intelligence and threat assessments.
