Job Purpose #
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment to deliver security services.
- Provide central coordination and management of security technology licenses across the group, leveraging group license management processes and tools.
- Manage and maintain security services and resources capacity plans, including tool capacity, staffing capacity, and facilities capacity.
- Produce and maintain a security service catalogue, ensuring alignment with governance, review, and change management processes.
- Oversee continuous security service improvement efforts across operations.
- Define security service continuity and availability requirements, identify gaps, and drive activities to address those gaps.
- Operate processes for onboarding solutions into systems, coordinating future releases, and gathering feedback on the onboarding process.
- Implement and manage quality management processes for security services.
