- Job Title: Platform Administrator
- Department/Team: Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Reporting To: SOC Manager
- Grade/Band: Administrator / Engineer Level
2. Purpose of the Role #
The Platform Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the SOC infrastructure, including overseeing security devices and supporting 24x7x365 SOC operations. The role includes hands-on device management, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring business continuity through effective disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity management (BCM) planning. The Platform Administrator contributes to the robustness of the SOC environment and liaises with relevant teams to ensure effective functioning of security technologies.
