Purpose of the Role #
The Deputy SOC Manager supports the SOC Manager in leading the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role focuses on overseeing day-to-day SOC activities, ensuring adherence to incident response protocols, coordinating staff, and optimizing security monitoring capabilities. The Deputy SOC Manager acts as a second-in-command, stepping in for the SOC Manager as needed and driving continuous improvements within the SOC.
